Nurture Your Nature Retreat
A restorative retreat rooted in nourishment, connection, and intentional living.
Montana · July 27 - August 2, 2026
A Retreat Rooted in Nourishment & Presence
The Nurture Your Nature Retreat is a restorative gathering designed to support rest, reflection, and reconnection with yourself, with others, and with the natural world.
Held in the mountains of Montana, this retreat invites you to step out of daily demands and into a slower, more intentional rhythm. Days are thoughtfully structured to balance guided workshops, nourishing meals, time in nature, and space to simply be.
Rather than focusing on productivity or performance, this retreat centers on presence. Drawing inspiration from ancient wisdom traditions such as Ayurveda, participants are gently guided to better understand their own unique nature, rhythms, and needs. This understanding becomes a foundation for deeper nourishment physically, emotionally, and relationally.
Whether you are feeling stretched thin, navigating a transition, or simply craving time to reset, Nurture Your Nature offers a supportive container to pause, recalibrate, and return home to yourself.

Hillary
Lead Facilitator · Yoga Guide · Integrative Nutrition Health Coach
-
Hi, I’m Hillary. I’m a small-town Ohio girl who has called Florida home for nearly two decades, and I’m deeply passionate about creating spaces that support presence, nourishment, and reconnection.
I’m a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, with a love for holistic wellness and preparing meals that truly support the body and nervous system. My work weaves together mindful movement, intentional nourishment, and simple, sustainable practices that help people feel more at home in themselves.
My own health journey, including navigating breast cancer, has shaped how I show up in healing spaces. It has taught me the importance of listening deeply, honoring individual rhythms, and approaching wellness with compassion and patience. This lived experience informs how I hold space and guide others, with sensitivity, care, and respect for each person’s process.
During the Nurture Your Nature Retreat, I’ll serve as the lead facilitator, guiding yoga practices, supporting mindful nourishment, and helping prepare meals designed to ground, restore, and nourish. Drawing inspiration from practices such as yoga, mindfulness, and Ayurveda, I’ll invite you to explore your own unique nature and reconnect with what truly sustains you.
I’m honored to walk alongside you in this retreat space and support your journey of rest, reflection, and reconnection.
Gray
Ayurvedic Practitioner · Traditional Chinese Medicine Herbalist
-
Hi, I’m Gray. I’m an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Traditional Chinese Medicine Herbalist with a lifelong love for plants that began in my grandmother’s garden and the woods of northeast Georgia. Nature has always been my teacher, and that relationship continues to shape how I work, live, and guide others. When I’m not working with clients or teaching, you’ll usually find me outdoors camping or relaxing at the beach, often alongside my three teenage daughters.
My training includes a two-year program and clinical practicum at the Florida Academy of Ayurveda, a two-year clinical program in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Traditions School of Herbal Studies, where I now teach, and additional training in Western Energetic Herbalism. These lineages inform a holistic, grounded approach rooted in both ancient wisdom and lived experience.
By weaving together Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Western herbalism, I support people in understanding their unique constitution, rhythms, and needs. My work centers on helping individuals reconnect with nature as a source of balance, nourishment, and self-awareness.
During the Nurture Your Nature Retreat, I’ll serve as the lead teacher for the Ayurveda sessions and hands-on herbal workshops. Together, we’ll explore practical, accessible ways to better understand your own nature, work with plant allies, and bring personalized, nature-based practices into daily life. I’m honored to share this space with you and support your journey of reconnection, learning, and restoration.
Courtney
Ayurvedic Health Counselor · Yoga Instructor
-
Hi, I’m Courtney. My love for nature and animals led me from South Louisiana to the mountains and waterfalls of Upstate South Carolina, where I continue to deepen my connection to the natural world. I recently completed my BA in Ayurvedic Health Counseling with a 1,000-hour Yoga specialization from Maharishi International University.
Growing up in Cajun country, I was immersed in a culture where love was expressed through nourishing food, shared meals, and genuine hospitality. From an early age, I learned that food is medicine for the body, mind, and spirit, a belief that continues to guide both my personal life and professional work.
My studies and practices center on mantra meditation, yoga asana, seasonal vegetarian cooking, and supportive herbal routines. I’m especially passionate about preparing meals that are grounding, sensory, and deeply nourishing, supporting both physical health and emotional well-being.
During the Nurture Your Nature Retreat, I’ll support participants through yoga practices and by preparing the majority of the meals, bringing intention, care, and Ayurvedic wisdom into the kitchen. Through food, movement, and shared presence, I look forward to helping you reconnect with nourishment as a source of balance, joy, and healing.
