Hillary is the heart behind SolFit Wellness. She supports wellness and transformational retreats through thoughtfully prepared food, grounded presence, and a deep understanding of how nourishment supports inner work and integration.
Her work is rooted in the belief that food is not just fuel, but part of the retreat experience itself. Each meal is designed to support the flow, intention, and energy of the retreat, allowing participants to feel held, nourished, and supported throughout their journey.
With a background in engineering, Hillary brings structure, organization, and reliability into retreat spaces. She understands logistics, timing, and systems, which allows facilitators to trust that the kitchen and food flow are fully supported. This balance of practicality and presence creates a calm, steady foundation for retreat leaders and participants alike.

In her personal life, Hillary is nourished by quiet, simple rhythms. She loves reading, practicing yoga, long bike rides, and time spent outdoors. At home, she shares her space with her sweet kitten, Sage—a daily reminder of presence, play, and slowing down.
These moments of care and connection shape how Hillary shows up in retreat spaces, with steadiness, warmth, and deep respect for the inner work unfolding.
Her Approach to Retreat Catering
Hillary approaches retreat catering with the understanding that food is part of the retreat container. Meals are intentionally planned to support the emotional, physical, and energetic flow of each gathering.
She works closely with retreat facilitators to understand the intention, schedule, and pace of the experience. Menus are designed to feel grounding, nourishing, and supportive, allowing participants to remain present with their inner work rather than distracted by heaviness or disruption.
With a calm and organized presence in the kitchen, Hillary fully supports food logistics throughout the retreat. Timing, preparation, and flow are handled with care so facilitators can focus on holding their space, trusting that nourishment is seamlessly woven into the experience.
Whenever possible, ingredients are sourced locally and organically, with a priority on supporting local farms and sustainable food systems. This approach reflects a commitment to nourishment that is intentional, ethical, and aligned with the values of the retreat community.
