1:1 COACHING

12 private, 30 minute, confidential coaching sessions (over 12 weeks). Unlimited text/email support throughout the program between sessions. Limited number of clients to ensure my ability to fully invest my time and energy in each client’s specific needs.

CUSTOM VISION & ACCOUNTABILITY TRACKER

Just like every person, every single program is completely unique. Each individual’s program will come with personalized content specific to YOUR journey. Circle of Life Inventory and Assessments, customized Wellness Vision, educational materials, action steps, and more are all included to maximize growth.
